At Dinetha Astrological Institute, we strive to provide highly precise, traditional, and dedicated astrological services to all our clients. Because our services require significant time, complex calculations, and manual chart preparations, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to govern bookings and purchases made through our website or direct communication channels.

By booking an appointment or ordering a service from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom Astrological Digital & Printed Services

Our core services—including but not limited to custom birth chart preparations (horoscopes), marriage compatibility reports (porondam checks), and specific auspicious time charts (nekath)—are custom-made uniquely for your exact birth details.

• No Refunds Once Work Begins: Once our astrologers have commenced manual calculations and chart preparation, fees paid for these services are 100% non-refundable.

• Incorrect Data Submission: We cannot offer refunds or free revisions if the chart or report was generated using incorrect birth data (date, time, or location) provided by the client. If you realize you made a mistake in your submission, please contact us via WhatsApp (0772279389) immediately to see if the calculation process can be halted before it begins.

2. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

For live consultations, voice calls, or scheduled WhatsApp consultation sessions, the following rules apply:

• Rescheduling Windows: If you need to change the date or time of your scheduled consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly move your appointment to the next available open slot at no extra charge.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to compensate for the reserved slot that could not be given to another client.

3. No-Show Policy

• We value your time and expect the same courtesy. If our astrologer contacts you via direct call or WhatsApp at the exact agreed time and you do not respond, we will keep the line open or attempt to contact you for 15 minutes.

• If you fail to answer within this 15-minute window, the session will be marked as a No-Show. No-show appointments are non-refundable, and you will be required to pay a re-booking fee to schedule a new time slot.

4. Technical Failures or Institute Cancellations

• In the rare event that Dinetha Astrological Institute must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen emergencies, technical difficulties, or power interruptions, you will be notified immediately.

• In such cases, you will be given the option to choose the highest-priority rescheduled time slot or receive a 100% full refund of your booking fee.
