• Scope of Consultations: Consultations are limited strictly to the service selected during booking. Additional questions or separate charts will require a new appointment or an additional fee.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Fees: All fees for consultations, chart preparations, or ritual guidance must be paid in full prior to the start of the service or chart preparation.

• Custom Work Policy: Fees paid for custom-prepared documents (such as handwritten or digitally generated birth charts, marriage compatibility reports, and specific auspicious time charts) are non-refundable once our astrologers have commenced manual calculations and preparation.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a live consultation or voice/WhatsApp call, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so, or failing to attend the scheduled session (no-show), may result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content featured on this website—including but not limited to text, logos, custom chart layouts, graphics, digital PDFs, and brand names—is the exclusive property of Dinetha Astrological Institute.
